It is not allowed to reschedule holiday bookings such as ( Public holidays, Valantine day, Christmas and new year )
It is allowed to reschedule the booking date for a maximum of two times, provided that the trip booking date is not within 7 days.
The rescheduled date is subject to Book Boat approval.
Compensation for Damages
It• In the case of any damages/loss to the boat/yacht due to the customer or one of his guests, the customer must pay full compensation for the value of the losses.
ID Requirements
All guests must carry ID.
Cancellations and Refunds
No cancellations and no refunds if they are not caused by Book Boat.
The customer will receive a full refund if the cancellation was caused by a Book Boat operational issue.
Book Boat reserves the right to cancel the trip if weather conditions are not safe.
Delays and Alternative Solutions
Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior trip cruising time.
Book Boat is not responsible for any kind of delay from the customer’s side.
An alternative solution for drop-off via a jet boat for up to 7 people is offered in case guests arrive late, for a small charge of 150 AED, to avoid time conflicts with upcoming bookings.
Safety and Responsibility
Book Boat is not responsible for any kind of injury.
Book Boat is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
Book Boat is not responsible for any abuse of smoking or alcohol.
Guests must wear life jackets if they want to swim, and they are responsible for their own safety if they decide not to wear the life jackets.
Entry and Cleanliness Rules
It is forbidden to enter the boat/yacht while you are wet; otherwise, there will be a fine of the damage amount, as salty water can cause significant damage to the furniture and assets, which is difficult to fix. Book Boat has provided external showers to help you and your guests remove the salty sea water. You and your guests can take another shower inside the boat if you wish.
Prohibition of Celebration Confetti
It is forbidden to use celebration confetti inside the boat; otherwise, there will be a fine of 500 AED.
Full Payment
The customer must pay the full amount of the trip before commencing the cruise. The trip will be considered canceled if the agreed amount is not fully paid, with no refund provided.
