Holiday Bookings: Rescheduling is not allowed for public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and New Year.
General Bookings: Rescheduling is allowed a maximum of two times, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled trip date.
All rescheduled dates are subject to Book Boat approval.
Cancellations and Refunds
Customer Cancellations: No cancellations and no refunds are issued if the cancellation is not caused by Book Boat.
Operational Issues: A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is caused by a Book Boat operational issue.
Weather Conditions: Book Boat reserves the right to cancel the trip if weather conditions are deemed unsafe.
Delays and Alternative Solutions
Guests must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled cruising time. Book Boat is not responsible for delays caused by the customer.
If guests arrive late, an alternative drop-off via jet boat (up to 7 people) is available for a fee of 150 AED to ensure the boat leaves on time for upcoming bookings.
Payment Policy
The customer must pay the full amount of the trip before commencing the cruise.
The trip will be considered cancelled if the agreed amount is not fully paid, with no refund provided.
Entry and Cleanliness Rules
No Wet Entry: It is forbidden to enter the boat/yacht while wet. Salty water causes significant damage to furniture; a fine equal to the damage amount will be charged.
External showers are provided to remove seawater. Guests may also shower inside the boat.
No Confetti: Celebration confetti is strictly forbidden. A fine of 500 AED applies for violations.
Safety and Responsibility
ID Requirements: All guests must carry valid identification.
Guests must wear life jackets if they choose to swim. Those who decide not to wear them are responsible for their own safety.
Book Boat is not responsible for injuries, loss of personal belongings, or misuse of smoking/alcohol.
Compensation for Damages: Customers must pay full compensation for any damages or loss to the boat/yacht caused by them or their guests.
